The second edition of the “Professional Events Management: A Guide to Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Exhibitions, and Events” was launched last June 7, 2024 during the 25th Philippine Academic Book Fair at Megatrade Hall. 

The author signing, book presentation, and conversations of the book authored by the Philippine MICE Academy and published by C&E Publishing, Inc.  

Industry practitioners, educators, event professionals, stakeholders were invited to this event. Those industry players who continue supporting the advocacy on professionalizing the events industry through education. 

Ms. Cynthia Bernabe, Lead Author and Principal Reviewer and Mr. Anton Magpanta, Co-Author and Reviewer of this book shared the new insights and how they adapted their actual experiences learned from recent professional developments to the second edition. 

The book covers the course online requirements of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and of TESDA-Technical Education and Skills Development Authority.  

The second edition is the result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the events transition, embrace new technologies and apply them through the different formats (virtual, hybrid and in-person).
