Today is the Global Exhibitions Day (GED) worldwide celebration initiative driven by The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI).

GED recognize the important role and value that exhibitions and trade shows play in driving economies. Supported by thousands of industry professionals continues to raise the awareness of the impact of the exhibitions.

Based on the Global Economic Impact of Exhibitions stats shared by UFI, the state of the market indicates that globally there are 4.8 million exhibiting companies engaging 353 million visitors each year, the total output in business sales including direct, indirect and induced output is $334 billions US, supporting directly and indirectly 3.4 million jobs.

It has been a challenging year but the exhibition industry has proven to be resilient. On the positive side is that countries and regions are gradually opening and rebuilding the supply chains. We are sure that we are coming back stronger.

Meanwhile, today is a celebration for all industry players around the world such as exhibition organizers, conventions centers, associations, venues, third party providers furthermore those who are involved directly and indirectly but we have the same purpose creating experiences that brings people together and build supply chain opportunities.
